Microwave Quick Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can green beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    In plastic colander, crumble beef.
    Add onion.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes (stirring halfway through).
    Drain fat. Add soup, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drop potatoes in mounds around edge of bowl.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
