Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk (lukewarm)
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast
in
milk.
Add
sugar,
salt and cooled butter.
Mix well.
Add
flour
and
mix well.
Let rise until almost double in
bulk.
Punch down.
Turn onto floured board. Roll
to
1/4-inch
thickness.
Cut
into 2-inch round pieces. Dip each piece in melted butter.
Place in Bundt pan, overlapping each piece.
Stack
in pan until all dough is used.
Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown. Do not slice. Just tear off.
