Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine egg, 1/4 cup of the tomato soup and next 5 ingredients. Add beef and mix well.
    Shape into 20 meatballs.
    Place in skillet. Mix remaining soup, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bring to boiling and reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, for 40 minutes, stirring often.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
