Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    6 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. Mascarpone cheese
    1/2 c. brandy
    24 Italian Amaretto biscuits or macaroons
    1 1/2 c. strong Espresso coffee
    5 oz. shaved semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Whip the cream until firm and place in refrigerator.
    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until stiff.
    Refrigerate.
