Sausage Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lb. ground turkey sausage
    8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 party loaf pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Brown meats.
    Add cheese and cook until it melts.
    Add seasonings and mushrooms; mix thoroughly.
    Spread on slices of party bread.
    Place on a baking sheet and broil until bubbly and browned.
    May be frozen after they are broiled.
    Makes 15 slices; 289 calories per slice.
