Tiramisu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped stiff
    2 to 3 pkg. ladyfingers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 Tbsp. liqueur (rum, white creme de cacao or Kahlua)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with ladyfingers, cut side up.
    Sprinkle with liqueur.
    Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in about 1/4 of the whipped cream to lighten the mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
    Pour into ladyfinger lined pan.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
    Sprinkle top lightly with unsweetened cocoa.
    Serves 12 to 16.
