Fruit And Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour (unsifted)
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. bran flakes with fruit cereal
1 c. milk
1 large egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
Mix the cereal and milk together in a large mixing bowl; let stand for 3 minutes.
Add the egg and oil to the cereal-milk mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add the dry ingredients; stir.
Fill each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
