Apple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. peeled, chopped apples (can be shredded in a food processor)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 layer size white cake mix
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Stir together apples, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Place apple mixture in greased pan.
Mix up white cake mix according to box directions.
Pour batter over apple mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until cake springs back when touched.
Invert onto cake plate when removed from oven.
Cool to serve.
