Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 or 4 large baking potatoes, pared and cut in 1/2-inch crosswise slices
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan at 325\u00b0.
Add single layer of potatoes.
Turn them once to butter both sides.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over top of potatoes and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done and tops are crispy.
Serve hot.
