Vodka Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. vodka
8 oz. heavy cream
dash of pepper and salt
1 box ziti
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until transparent.
Add crushed tomatoes and cook until heated.
Stir in vodka and cook 30 minutes.
Slowly add heavy cream while stirring.
Simmer 10 minutes and add pepper and salt to taste.
Serve over pasta.
