Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    flour and salt
    oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can beef consomme
Preparation
    Flour and salt pork chops; brown in oil.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add mushrooms.
    Place rice in casserole; top with onion and mushrooms.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Pour consomme and small amount of water over all. Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
