Vegetable Medley(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. carrot sticks (2-inches long)
    2 c. celery (2-inches long)
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. onion
    3/4 c. green bell pepper, sliced
    2 cans green beans (do not drain)
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Partly cook carrot and celery in skillet with water.
    Slice thin the onion and bell pepper.
    Add beans, tomatoes, salt, sugar and tapioca.
    Combine all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir half-way through baking.
