Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Let cake cool before icing.
