Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can water
1 to 2 c. chicken broth
1 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 to 1 c. Cajun sauce (S & W)
few drops liquid smoke (optional)
few drops Cajun hot pepper sauce (optional)
diced celery and onion
chopped link sausage (Smokies are good)
Preparation

Simmer 1 to 3 hours.
One hour prior to eating time, add chopped okra and cooked chicken with chunks of fresh whitefish (optional).
About 20 minutes before serving, add peeled raw shrimp (medium).
May add shelled crab or clams or both.
