Chewy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Quaker oats
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease baking sheet with Crisco. Combine butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
