J.R.'S Ozark Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh apples, diced fine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift together 3 times. Add to first mixture the flour, soda and salt.
Mix well.
Add diced apples, vanilla and nuts; mix well.
Pour into well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until a toothpick comes out clean.
