Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. whole wheat or white flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix in bowl the eggs, oil, brown sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Combine in separate bowl the flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
    Add wet mixture to dry mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two 8 x 5-inch greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 70 minutes.
