Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix well. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Combine the two mixtures. Add vanilla, raw apples and nuts.
Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch pan or tube pan.
Pour in cake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
