Liver Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (optional)
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bouillon
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Brown beef liver in hot fat.
    Put
    through
    food chopper with pork
    sausage.
    Add
    bread
    crumbs,
    minced
    onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt,
    pepper, celery, salt, eggs and bouillon.\tTop with bacon slices.\tPlace in buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch buttered loaf pan.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
