Orange Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless chicken cutlets
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Rinse and dry cutlets; flour and season.
    Heat margarine in skillet; brown cutlets 3 minutes each side.
    Set aside.
    In a small dish; mix honey, orange juice and onions.
    Heat in a small pan; add cornstarch blended with water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Pour over cutlets.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Low cholesterol.
