Pasta And Vegetables(Escarole, Sausage And Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head escarole
    1 lb. hot or sweet sausage (bulk)
    oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 can cannellini beans
    1 c. water
    1 lb. Barilla Sedani
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut and clean escarole.
    Let soak a few minutes.
    Place sausage in a frying pan with oil and brown.
    When sausage is almost done, put in garlic and escarole with 1 cup water.
    Stir around until mixed with sausage.
    Stir in beans.
    Boil pasta and drain.
    Toss sausage mix into pasta; add cheese.
