Rabbit Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rabbit, cut up
water
onion
butter
milk
Preparation

First cook the rabbit in salt water to which a small onion, cut up is added.
When it is cooked enough so that it won't fall from bones (save broth), fry it in butter or margarine.
Remove meat from the bones.
Put back into broth.
Bring to a boil.
Add a lump of butter and enough milk so it doesn't look cloudy.
Serve heated through.
