Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can red salmon, cleaned and drained
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of lemon
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped cucumber
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together.
    Divide in half; set aside.
    Mix together salmon, onion, cracker crumbs, lemon, pepper and half the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.
    Place in a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3/4 of an hour.
    Mix the cucumber into the other half of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture and use for a sauce on the loaf.
