Coffee Crunch Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee or strong brewed
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. popped corn
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Butter sides of a heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, coffee and salt.
    Bring to boiling.
    Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn and nuts in a 17 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Stir to coat.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Stir.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 10 cups.
