Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium. potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place potatoes into 2 large resealable plastic bags.
    Combine the parmesan cheese and seasonings add to potatoes and shake to coat.
    Pour oil into two 15 x 10 x 1 in baking pan.
    Pour potatoes into pans.
    Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
    Yields:
    12 to 14 servings.
