Meat Filling For Fatayer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round beef
    1 finely chopped onion, grated
    salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste
    1 c. laban
    1/2 c. pine nuts, washed and drained
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of filling in center of each circle and pinch edges together to form triangle. Place pies side by side in a lightly oiled baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bottoms are browned (approximately 20 minutes).
    Place under broiler to brown tops if necessary.
