Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry bread crumbs (I use white loaf bread, crumbled)
    4 c. crumbled cornbread
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sage or 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 c. hot chicken or turkey broth
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, cornbread, onion and seasonings in a large bowl.
    Mix well. Blend in broth, butter and milk.
    Mixture will be very soft to allow for loss of moisture during baking. Add more broth if necessary.
    Spoon dressing into a greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until well browned.
    Serves 12.
