Baked Lasagna - Mama - Mia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Water for boiling
    salt
    olive oil
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    lasagna sauce
    lasagna filling
    1 c. coarsely grated romano/parmesan cheese
    1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In hot water add salt and olive oil and bring to a rolling boil in large pan.
    Add lasagna noodles, cook till just tender, it will absorb moisture later.
    Drain noodles and run cold water over them until cold.
    In greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan cover the bottom of the pan with some of the lasagna filling which you mixed prior and then a thin layer of sauce.
    Sprinkle with part of the grated romano/parmesan cheese; then a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing off with noodles on top.
    Pour more sauce over the top and sprinkle with parmesan/romano cheese and top with mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
