Dinner-In-A-Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. catsup
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomatoes (1 pt. chopped)
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 box Jiffy muffin mix
1 egg
sweet milk

Preparation

Cook beef
until
it turns light brown.
Add catsup and bring to\ta
boil.
Add
kidney
beans, tomatoes, onion, green pepper and cheese.
Mix
all
together
and
put
in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix muffin mix together per box instructions. Pour over the ground
beef
and\tbake at 375\u00b0 until brown and muffin mix is done.
