Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together first five ingredients.
Add sugar, oil and eggs, mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or sheet pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Cool full minute in pans, then turn out and cool on wire racks.
Fill layers and spread top and sides with Cream cheese Frosting.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
