Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 oz. sugar
2 oz. butter
7 Tbsp. milk
3 oz. golden raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Rub butter into flour mixture until it looks like breadcrumbs. Add raisins.
Add cold milk, mix with knife blade to form a soft dough.
Roll to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into biscuit rounds. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
