Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small macaroni shells
    1 qt. water
    1 1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. American cheese, cubed
    1 oz. pimiento, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cole slaw dressing
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in quart of water and 1 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Mix with cooked macaroni, relish, cheese, pimiento, celery and eggs. Mix together remaining salt, mayonnaise and dressing, mixing thoroughly with macaroni.
    Serves 20.
