Greek Salad(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head iceberg lettuce
1 c. chopped green onions
1 cucumber, sliced
2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 c. red radish halves
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. cubed Feta cheese
1/2 c. Greek-style olives
3/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
Preparation

Tear lettuce into pieces and place in large bowl.
Add green onions, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes, parsley, cheese and olives.
