Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) salmon
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary
    1/8 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove and discard bones and skin.
    Mash salmon; add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
    Mix well; fold in sour cream.
    Chill for at least one hour.
    Makes 2 cups. Serve with chips or crackers.
