Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all together, but do not overbeat.
Lightly brown on one side (until bubbles show over all the top), then turn only once. Makes 15 to 20 pancakes.
