German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c cooked potato, cubed
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    2 T onion, chopped
    2 T green bell pepper
    1 T pimentos
    1/2 c celery, chopped
    1/2 c white vinegar
    1/2 c water
    1 1/2 T cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
    In small saucepan, cook over medium heat the vinegar, water and cornstarch until thickened.
    Pour over potato mixture and mix well.
    Serve hot or cold.
