My Momma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boiled potatoes
    3 to 4 eggs, boiled
    3 diced dill pickles
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    dash of white pepper
    salt to taste
    paprika (to decorate)
Preparation
    Dice cooked potatoes; chop eggs, reserving 1 to 2 yolks.
    Add pickles, ground mustard, white pepper and salt.
    Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Sieve egg yolks on top of salad.
    Top with paprika.
