Potato Round Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen potato rounds
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce or 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown and season ground beef and diced onion.
    Add mushroom soup and soy or Worcestershire sauce.
    Place in a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Place potato rounds on top of ground beef mixture.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
