Romano Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
oil (for deep frying)
4 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and cut into lengthwise strips
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
Dip potato strips into beaten eggs, then into bread crumb mixture.
Fry until golden brown on all sides.
Put in a baking dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 30 minutes or until tender.
Serve hot.
