Mashed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
    6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes soft and drain and mash until smooth, then add all the ingredients;
    beat well.
    If mixture seems stiff, add warm milk and beat well.
    Cool and
    put
    in
    a
    buttered
    casserole and
    bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You
    can also put dots of butter on top.
    This can be kept in refrigerator for a week.
