Meat Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
1 medium onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. curry
1/8 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
1 garlic clove
2 lb. sirloin or boneless chicken breasts or pork, cut into 1-inch squares
mushroom caps
green pepper squares
quartered tomatoes
baby onions
Preparation

Mix lemon juice, oil, onion salt, pepper, curry powder, ginger, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce and garlic into shallow pan.
Add meat and mushroom caps.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or longer, turning meat occasionally.
