Rosettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sifted cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Add sugar to eggs.
Stir very gently.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Combine with the egg mixture, stirring gently, until all lumps are dissolved.
Fry in hot fat until golden brown.
Dip in sugar while hot.
