Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    1/4 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese, melted
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    1 large can and 1 regular can yellow hominy, drained, or 3 regular cans
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and bell pepper.
    Mix can of soup and cheeses in saucepan until cheeses are melted.
    Add cans of hominy. Pour entire mixture into a casserole or baking dish; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
