Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    1 stick butter/oleo
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 tsp. sage
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute vegetables for 10 minutes; add all other ingredients and pour over uncooked rice in an 8 x 12-inch pan. Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
