Fast And Easy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen pkg. of pre-cooked chicken cubes (no seasoning)
    1 c. chopped onion (can get in frozen section)
    1 can regular rotel
    2 cans cream of mushroom/chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. water
    1 lg. bag of regular flavored doritos
Preparation
    Spray large casserole dish with pam.
    Cover bottom with chips and crush with hand.
    (about 1 in. thick) In a large pot on stove put water, onion, soup and rotel.
    Microwave chicken until defrosted and place in pot (with juice).
    Cook on med. for 5 min. Pour mixture over chips and top with cheese.
    Bake at 400 for 15 min.
    Serve with refried beans and Spanish rice.
    Serves 4-6.
