Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. mild bulk pork sausage
    1 1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Combine the first 2 ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
    Cook in large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except pineapple; mix well and pour over meatballs.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add pineapple; simmer an additional 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Yields about 3 1/2 dozen.
    (Freezes well.)
