Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peeled shrimp
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. vermouth
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    3 tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in hot oil; add vermouth, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Simmer until liquid is almost absorbed.
    Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
    Stir gently to mix.
