Golden Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 16 oz. pkg. cauliflower and broccoli
3-4 potatoes, shredded
3-4 carrots- shredded
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
6-8 oz. cubed cheese, cheddar or American
Preparation

Place vegetables in pan with just enough water to cover. Simmer until tender. Add milk. Mix cornstarch into water. Add slowly to soup. When heated through add cheese, stir until melted.
