Shrimp Beignets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 block butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooked and minced shrimp
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil water and butter.
    Dump flour in all at once.
    Stir until makes a ball and comes off the side.
    Take away from heat and cool.
    Put in one egg at a time.
    Add shrimp; stir.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Drop, a teaspoon at a time, in hot grease.
