Spanish Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1 lb. crab legs
    1 lb. shrimp (medium)
    1 (10 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can small peas
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 large yellow onion
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    2 tsp. dried parsley
    1 pkg. Spanish saffron
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    You will need a large cast-iron skillet.
